Run+Weights
Room

The Run + Weights Room is home to three class types – two using treadmills, and one without – and is your go-to for increasing your cardiovascular fitness and full body strength.

These classes are called:
ENDURANCE, SPEED and STRENGTH

Reformer
Room

The Reformer Room is home to our Strength-based Reformer classes. Our reformer philosophy, developed by PLATFRM Founder James Trenerry and based on exercise science principles, is the next evolution in reformer exercise.

These classes are called:
FUNDAMENTALS & RECOVERY,
INTERMEDIATE and ADVANCED.
