What We Collect
PLATFRM may need to collect personal information about you in order to provide you with our goods and services. The personal information we may need to collect from you includes the following:
Your name
Contact information, including address, email address, mobile number, social media account usernames
Date of birth
Emergency contact person information
Bank account and/or credit card details
Sensitive information (such as about your health and medical history)
Images, video, or audio of you

You are not obliged to provide your personal information to PLATFRM. However, without certain personal information from you, it may not be possible for PLATFRM to provide our goods and services to you.
How PLATFRM Collect And Hold Your Personal Information
Where possible, PLATFRM will generally collect your personal information directly from you. PLATFRM may also collect personal information from the PLATFRM webpage, app, or other booking system, or when you sign up and/or purchase PLATFRM memberships and classes. PLATFRM may also collect personal information from you via promotional activities, competitions, QR code apps (or other apps required by the government), events, and also from other directly related companies and, if there is prior consent, from organisers of the events PLATFRM sponsors. We will also collect images, video, and audio of you on our CCTV cameras, and via other photographic means on the public/common areas of our premises.

From time to time, we may also need to collect sensitive information about you.
Sensitive information will only ever be used for providing our goods and services to you or to comply with government regulations. Such information will not be used or disclosed for any other purposes without your consent, except in exceptional cases when disclosure may be required by law or is necessary to protect the rights or property of PLATFRM, or any member of the public, or to lessen a serious threat to a person’s health or safety.

Other health-related information that is necessary to properly advise you about training

PLATFRM may need to disclose your personal information to third parties from time to time for the purposes referred to in this policy. These third parties include government bodies and our direct debit agent. However, PLATFRM will only disclose your personal information to third parties for the purpose of providing our goods and services to you or other directly related secondary purposes as set out above. PLATFRM may otherwise disclose your personal information with your consent or if it is required or authorised by law.
Occasionally, PLATFRM may disclose your personal information to third party services providers overseas. However, where your personal information is disclosed to an overseas recipient, we will also take adequate measures to ensure that your personal information is handled by the overseas recipient in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our instructions for the purposes described above.

How We Use Cookies

Where we hold your personal information, we will endeavour to provide you with a suitable range of choices as to how access is provided (eg email or mailing it to you). A reasonable administration fee may be charged to cover the cost of retrieval in some cases.
If at any time you believe that personal information we hold about you is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, then you may request that we correct it.
PLATFRM will destroy or de-identify your personal information as soon as practicable once it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected. However, we may be required to retain your personal information after your relationship with PLATFRM has expired (including if required by law). In this case, your personal information will continue to be protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If we destroy personal information, we will do so by taking reasonable steps and using up-to-date techniques and processes.
Any data collected will be stored on-site at our premises and/or in a digital form on our booking system, app, or our webpage servers.

The PLATFRM website may contain links to enable you to visit other websites of interest easily. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
