The Reformer Room is home to our Strength-based Reformer classes. Our reformer philosophy, developed by PLATFRM Founder James Trenerry and based on exercise science principles, is the next evolution in reformer exercise.

Delivered across three progressive skill and capability levels, our results-focused Reformer classes are designed to help discover what you’re really capable of when working out with the reformer, and help you achieve tangible, long-lasting results from your workout.

These classes are called:
FUNDAMENTALS & RECOVERY, INTERMEDIATE and ADVANCED

Fundamentals &
Recovery

Our entry-level Reformer class for new clients, Fundamentals & Recovery is designed to help you get an understanding of how the Reformer works as a piece of exercise equipment, the language our Trainers use, and to give you a general introduction to the PLATFRM Strength-based Reformer philosophy.

You should aim to attend a handful of these classes initially before attending our Intermediate classes.

We encourage you to attend this class for active recovery if you’re a regular.

Intermediate

Our general class for clients with a good level of fitness and reformer experience, Intermediate is designed to help you start seeing real results from our PLATFRM Strength-based Reformer workouts.

With an emphasis on challenging your muscular strength, power and endurance, as well as your cardiovascular fitness, the goal of our Intermediate classes is to help you discover how fit you can become, and what you’re capable of, when exercising with a reformer in a more exciting and more intense workout atmosphere.

You should aim to attend these classes on a regular basis.

Advanced

Our ultimate Strength-based Reformer workout for the most seasoned PLATFRM professional, Advanced is designed to absolutely test your physical and mental limits, taking you places you never thought possible on a reformer.

With an emphasis on repeatedly taking you to failure, the goal of our Advanced classes - the epitome of our Reformer philosophy - is to quite simply and respectfully, kick your arse!

You should aim to attend these classes at least once a week when you’re ready for a new challenge. If you are attending these classes regularly, don’t be surprised if you’re asked to join the team and become a Trainer, and help others build a better PLATFRM.
