Yes, there is onsite 3-hour free car parking behind PLATFRM. Enter via Dunn Street, North Adelaide.
There is also 1-hour free street parking out the front of PLATFRM on Melbourne Street.

Bring yourself, a water bottle, and if you’re in the Run + Weights Room, your shoes.
Wear workout clothes that you feel comfortable in! Sweat is guaranteed.
We have you sorted with sweat towels, shower towels and toiletries provided.

Yes, we sure do. You’ll find shampoo, conditioner and of course, our PLATFRM scented body wash supplied by Yard Skincare.

We have showers in our powder room located to the rear of the studio. To make your commute as easy as possible, we provide shower towels, Dyson hairdryers, Dyson straighteners, deodorant and toiletries from Yard Skincare.

For those in the Reformer room, you can train barefoot or with grip socks. That is entirely up to you.
For those in the Run + Weights room, don’t forget your running shoes!

The classes

Yes! All PLATFRM packages and memberships give you access to our Strength-based Reformer classes, Run + Weights Classes and Strength Classes. Memberships and packages are all inclusive.

If you’re new to our Strength-based Reformer Classes, we suggest first attending our entry-level Fundamentals & Recovery Class.
Fundamentals & Recovery is designed to help you get an understanding of how the Reformer works, the language our Trainers use, and to give you a general introduction to the PLATFRM Strength-based Reformer philosophy.
Once you’ve attended a handful of Reformer Fundamentals & Recovery Classes, it is time to try Intermediate Classes.

The first phase of training, and therefore our entry level Run + Weights class, Endurance is designed to help you build your aerobic fitness and stamina.
In Endurance, you will perform longer, less intense periods of running on the treadmill and lighter weight, higher rep range exercise on the gym floor.

Our Full Body Strength classes are our general entry-level strength classes designed to give you a well-rounded Strength training experience.

Absolutely! However, we do have a 9-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 9 hours before your class start time, you will lose that class credit.
If you cancel before the 9-hour window, your class credit will be returned to your account.

If you’re more than 5 minutes late to your class then you may not be able to join, and your Trainer may turn you away from the class.
Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes before your class, so you and other members can get the most out of our PLATFRM classes.

Our classes are a huge hit, so they often book out!. If the class is booked out, you can jump on the class waitlist. As people cancel from the class before the class start time, you will be notified if a spot in the class becomes available.
You have a two-hour window from receiving the waitlist notification to either accept or cancel the invitation. You will only be placed into the class if you accept the invitation.
If you miss out on the two-hour window, your place in the class will be forfeited and you will be removed from the waitlist.

Memberships &
Packages

Memberships and Packages are available to purchase via the PLATFRM Website or App (available on Android and Apple).

Yes, we have a 3-week trial for new clients, offering 6 classes for $60! The trial can be purchased via the PLATFRM Website and App, and is valid for 3-weeks from the date of the first booking.

A Membership is an ongoing direct debit payment that allows you to attend a specific amount of classes each month. Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly direct debit options are available. Memberships are no lock-in with the ability to cancel or suspend at any time without fees.
A Package is a single or group of classes you can use when you want before their expiry date. The expiry length begins from date of purchase.

Memberships begin on the date of purchase with two months worth of credits allocated to your account upfront. From there, your nominated Credit Card or Bank account will be direct debited the relevant Membership fee ongoing, weekly (every 7 days, unless specified otherwise). You then pay off your classes across the two months. It’s like Afterpay, without the Afterpay.
Memberships are no lock-in, with the ability to cancel or suspend your membership at any time without fees.

When purchased via the PLATFRM app or website, Memberships begin from the date of first purchase and will be direct debited weekly thereafter.
If you would like your Membership to start on a specific date, please contact us at buildabetter@platfrm.com.au and we’ll be able to schedule your Membership start date and first direct debit.

We have a number of membership options to suit your lifestyle and routine.
Unlimited Classes Membership. $80 / Week
20 Classes per month Membership. $70 / Week
16 Classes per month Membership. $65 / Week.
12 Classes per month Membership. $55 / Week
When purchasing via the PLATFRM Website or App, Memberships will be billed weekly by default. If you would like to change your billing frequency to fortnightly or monthly, please contact us at buildabetter@platfrm.com.au.

You’re a bandit for a PLATFRM class, we get it! If you run out of classes prior to your next two months allocation of classes, we do have a special top-up class pack available to those on Memberships:
1 Class Top Up. Valid 1 week. (Memberships only) – $15 per class
10 Class Top Up. Valid 365 days. (Memberships only) – $150

Yes, our memberships are no lock-in. Cancel anytime. You can cancel your membership immediately via the PLATFRM Website or App. All future booked classes will be lost.
Otherwise, contact us at buildabetter@platfrm.com.au and we can assist you and schedule in your membership cancellation.

There are no fees for cancelling or suspending your membership.
There will be a small transaction fee for Direct Debit Memberships linked to a Visa, Mastercard or Amex Card.
Please ensure adequate funds are in your bank account, otherwise, you may be charged additional fees by our Third-Party Provider.
